Bootcamp 

End your morning strong! This high-energy bootcamp blends functional strength, cardio intervals, and athletic conditioning. Expect a motivating, team-style atmosphere with options for all fitness levels. 

Box & Burn

In this high-energy workout, you'll learn the basics of boxing as you combine punch combos, cardio drills, and core work to build strength, coordination, and stamina. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned striker, this class delivers a total-body burn. Come ready to learn, punch, sweat, and feel powerful—gloves provided!

Midday Burn 

A quick, efficient workout designed to boost your energy in the middle of the day. Midday Burn mixes strength, cardio, and core training into a fast-paced session that helps you feel strong and refreshed. 

Zumba 

Dance, smile, and sweat! Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class inspired by Latin and global rhythms. No dance experience required — just follow the music, let loose, and enjoy an uplifting workout that feels more like a party than a class.

Aloha Fitness 

Aloha Fitness brings island-inspired movement and upbeat energy to your routine. Enjoy low-impact cardio, rhythmic movement, and strength-based intervals set to feel-good music. A welcoming class for all levels that celebrates joy, community, and movement. 

High Intensity Interval Training

Get ready for a fast, sweaty, heart-pumping workout! High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates bursts of effort with short recovery periods for an efficient full-body conditioning session. All levels are welcome — move at your own pace while pushing your personal limits. 

Restore & Release 

A restorative class designed to help you unwind, reset, and recover. Restore & Release blends guided stretching, mobility training, breathing techniques, and gentle movement to reduce stress and improve flexibility. 

Vinyasa Yoga 

Flow through a dynamic, breath-guided yoga practice that builds strength, stability, and mindfulness. Vinyasa Yoga links movement with breath for a grounding and energizing experience. Open to all levels.
