How Are Our Students Doing?

At Hayward Promise Neighborhoods (HPN), we use data to understand how well students are being supported and where we can do better. Our data dashboard shows results from the schools we serve in the Hayward Unified School District.

We work with  to track progress in key areas like kindergarten readiness, reading and math skills, high school graduation, college enrollment, and employment in the region. You can explore the data by year and see how different student groups are doing—such as English learners and students from low-income families.

Our goal is to see improvement in at least four areas each year. We use this information to strengthen our programs, support families, and build stronger partnerships.
