The Pathfinders Institute supported faculty with research-informed professional development targeted specifically for effective conceptual equity frameworks and practices in grading and evaluation, syllabus design, facilitating discussion, assignment design, and cognitive nudging.

The in-person kickoff was held on May 17, 2023 on campus in the CORE building.

After this event, faculty completed four asynchronous modules in Canvas at their own pace. Topics included:

Module 1: In-depth DEI work

Module 2: Classroom Communication

Module 3: Creating an Inclusive Syllabus

Module 4: Classroom Practices and Applications

A closing event was held via Zoom from 10:00 to 1:00 on June 28, 2023.
