Booking a Computer Lab for Active Academic Courses

Faculty should inform their department scheduler if a computer lab assignment is needed for an academic course during the term. The department scheduler will then contact academic.scheduling@csueastbay.edu to request the computer lab for the term or for the specified dates needs for the course. Requests for finals week will need to be submitted separately. 

Booking a Computer Lab for Non-Academic Courses

Computer labs can be reserved for ad hoc or single use meetings that are not part of a course meeting. Items such as seminars, training's, and orientations can be reserved via the University Reservation Request Form.
