    • Content: This session covers the basics of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including the difference between STI and STD, how infections are transmitted, and common barriers to testing for young adults. We'll explore common STIs in detail, discuss stigma around testing, and provide a live demonstration of barrier methods like condoms and dental dams.

    • Content: Participants will learn active listening, how to communicate with medical providers and others, recognize healthy vs. unhealthy relationship traits, understand love languages, and discuss key topics before sexual activity. The session includes an in-depth look at consent—what it is, when it’s not given, how to ask for it, and how to respect a “no.”
