Online Campus offers workshops, self-paced training, and Quality Matters certification for CSUEB faculty teaching online or hybrid courses. Whether you're new to online teaching or pursuing formal credentials, there's a path for you.

Quality Matters certification

Quality Matters (QM) is the formal certification for online courses at CSUEB. Faculty submit a course for peer review against the QM rubric. The Online Campus team supports your submission with prep workshops, peer review, and revision support.

QM certification includes:

  • QM rubric overview and self-review training
  • Peer review of your course by trained QM reviewers
  • Revision cycle with one-on-one support from Online Campus staff
  • Recognition on the CSUEB Certified Quality Online Courses list
