Back to the Bay 2025 will feature a keynote address by Provost Anthony Muscat and individual sessions on AI in education, the new ADA accessibility requirements, campus resources that bolster student success, CFA bargaining updates, equitable teaching practices, shared governance, and much more!

AI in July: An Empowered CSU

AI in July is a free, online series of events brought to you by the Cal State Tech Community. Tune in each week for a different AI inspired session: keynotes, panels, showcases, and tech deep dives. The Zoom events platform allows you to watch live sessions or recorded events on-demand. |.

 

Teaching and Learning Resources 

The CSU Chancellor’s Office offers courses and resources about Generative AI on their page. The Online Campus Faculty Support & Resource page includes multiple opportunities for faculty to get help with online course design, AI, Canvas, accessibility, and external applications/tools. East Bay’s own self-paced Developing Equitable Grading Practices course is available to all faculty and staff through Canvas. Please email Dawna Komorosky (dawna.komorosky@csueastbay.edu) to be added to the course.
